Private villa in Belfrontizio

The project concerns the restoration of a private villa and its external areas, in Acireale, Sicily.
The concept give more importance to the historical villa entrance with the creation of a water pool surrounded by potted citrus trees. The staircase on the right of the villa leads to the dependance with biological swimming pool whose showers are hidden by oleander bushes. The park will be arranged with typical territorial elements to manage different slopes of the area and with plantations of spontaneous mediterranean vegetation.
The project also includes the creation of two courtyards inside the sauna area, with an exotic design in the apartment‘s guardian who situated on the left of the historic villa.
